Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
• You purchased the product directly through yune.stream

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund you.

To request a refund:

1. Email support.yuneify@yune.stream with your order confirmation or license key
2. Include the email address used for the purchase
3. We'll process your refund and confirm via email

• License Revocation: Your license key will be deactivated
• Refund Processing: The refund is returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Software Access: You should uninstall the refunded product. The software will stop functioning once the license is revoked

If you purchased a bundle:

• Full Bundle Refund: You can return the entire bundle for a full refund within 14 days
• Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds on bundles. If you want to keep some products, you can repurchase them individually after the bundle refund

Refunds may be declined if:

• The request is made more than 14 days after purchase
• There is evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy
• The product was obtained through unauthorized means

Yuneify Core is free and does not require a refund. You can simply uninstall it at any time.
