Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Yuneify software products and the yune.stream website. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Yuneify products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Yuneify is developed by Noah Oosterbeek ("we", "us", "our"), based in the Netherlands. You must be at least 16 years of age to use Yuneify products.

When you purchase a Yuneify product, you receive:

• Personal License: A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on your own machines for personal or commercial music production
• Machine Activation: Each license can be activated on up to 2 machines simultaneously. You can deactivate and reactivate machines via the License Manager
• Lifetime Updates: All future updates and improvements to the purchased product at no additional cost for the current major version (v1.x)

Yuneify Core is free to download and use. It is required for all other products to function.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense Yuneify products or license keys
• Share license keys with others or use a single license on more than the permitted number of machines
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the software beyond normal use
• Use the software to create a competing product or service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the software, website, or license management system
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the license validation system

• One-Time Purchase: All Yuneify products are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges
• Pricing: Prices are listed in Euros (€). Applicable taxes (including VAT) may be added at checkout based on your location
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details
• License Delivery: After purchase, your license key is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Upon refund, your license will be revoked. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Yuneify products require:

• REAPER v6.0 or later (v7.0+ recommended; not included with Yuneify)
• Python 3.12 or later (bundled with installer)
• Operating System: Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, or Linux (Ubuntu 18.04+)
• Some products have additional requirements (e.g., GPU for audio processing, microphone for speech control)

It is your responsibility to verify your system meets these requirements before purchasing. System requirements are not grounds for a refund if clearly listed at time of purchase.

All Yuneify software, source code, documentation, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of Noah Oosterbeek and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license grants usage rights only; ownership of the software remains with us.

Any music, audio, MIDI, or other creative work you produce using Yuneify is entirely yours. We claim no rights to your creative output.

YUNEIFY SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. While we strive for quality and reliability, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every specific requirement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NOAH OOSTERBEEK OR YUNEIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to sharing license keys, circumventing the license system, or using the software in a prohibited manner.

You may stop using Yuneify at any time. Upon termination of your license, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies from your machines.

Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer), 10 (Governing Law), and 11 (General Provisions) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Yuneify products shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yuneify regarding the software
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Yuneify products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or in-app notification.
